I am writing to you to thank you for your service over the last three years. As Property Manager for approx 100 properties in the local area, we usually have to work to very tight schedules and turnarounds, and we also have to ensure we follow strict guidelines set down by our governing bodies, on the contractors we are able to use.
We also work very hard to use contractors who fit works in with our and the tenants schedules, and at a cost acceptable to our landlords, and I must admit that we have always managed to reach those goals using East Finchley Electrical. You have never turned us down when we have had an emergency and had to have someone on site immediately, however busy you have been.
